The software product I managed during my time at Hai Robotics was successfully launched and operating stably in 2024. It was later reported in People’s Daily as an outstanding solution that helped increase outbound efficiency to 300% of the original level.

Pre-sales Team Award

Won a major project bid in Shanghai, collaborating across multiple teams and securing numerous successful pre-sales proposals between 2022 and 2024, with the largest deal valued at over NT$200 million.
Awarded the Pre-Sales Team Award in 2023 for outstanding performance.

Tech Industry Insights Speaker

Invited by PeopleSearch’s Recruit First (Young Talent) brand to deliver a keynote talk at Syntrend Tech Lecture Hall, titled “Tech Industry Talent Insights”. The session covered project operation models in the tech industry, key skillsets across roles, and included a special case study on intelligent voice assistant projects.

InfoComm China Speaker

Speaker at the 2018 InfoComm China DSA Forum in Beijing, delivering the talk “Ripple | Creativity in Digital Signage and Deep Product Development.” The session covered case studies of VIA Technologies, insights into in-depth development workflows and best practices, and explored visions for future human-computer interaction and speculative design.

CTIMES Magzine Interview

Co-interviewed with Ms. Epan Wu, General Manager of VIA Technologies: Embedded Business Unit, for a special feature on “Intelligent Voice” in CTIMES Magazine.
The interview explored intelligent voice system architecture, commercialization strategies, and included case studies on ASR (Automatic Speech Recognition) technology and its business applications.

TADMD Outstanding Research Award

My master’s thesis, titled “A Study on the Application of Quality Function Deployment (QFD) in University Website Construction Models,” received the Merit Award for Outstanding Research from the Taiwan Association of Digital Media Design (TADMD).
With guidance from Professor Chien-Chou Shih, the thesis condensed and explored key design aspects, and was later presented as a featured research topic at Chihlee University of Technology.

TDS Awards

Designer of MagicView, recipient of the 2017 ITRI TDS Awards for Product Excellence. MagicView is an intelligent touch-based product suite, comprising a touch-enabled digital signage system, a web-based CMS, and a mobile app control interface.

VIA & Samsung Seminar Speaker

2017 VIA Technologies x Samsung Seminar - Product Launch & Technical Forum, featuring presentations on smart city solutions, intelligent touch devices, and mobile applications. The session also included an industry analysis on the current landscape of smart touch device technologies.

Completed the Product Development Program at the Institute for Information Industry (III), Market Intelligence & Consulting Institute (MIC) in 2017, with training focused on product development, analysis, and market insights.

2014 Air Force Command Hackathon Finals

Finalist in the 2014 Hackathon organized by the Institute for Information Industry (III), held at the Air Force Command Headquarters.
Our team, led by the “Summoner,” advanced to the finals with “Lutopia,” a concept for a conversational companion system designed to engage with individuals in idle moments.

2016 Taoyuan City Government Energy Saving Microfilm Project
Independently produced the short film, taking full responsibility for storyboarding, scriptwriting, filming, and post-production. Donated over half of the prize money to support the Atayal children and school. Big brother will find time to visit you again soon.

Asia-Pacific E-Commerce Expo Execution

Served as the chief exhibition planner, curating a themed showcase that combined coffee shop experiences with retail mobile payment solutions. Invited local coffee vendors to participate in an interactive payment trial strategy, which successfully attracted a high volume of on-site user engagement and product exposure.

2014 ATCC Hackathon - Yahoo Represent

Selected to join the Yahoo Representative Team in a college creative project competition, recognized for a highly innovative presentation approach.
